Candidate privacy

This prototype is structured so candidate information is used for recruitment purposes only. Before production launch, replace this page with EmpHire33's final UK GDPR privacy notice, including controller details, lawful bases, retention periods, data subject rights, processors, international transfers where relevant, and a clear policy for candidate videos.

Video profiles

Candidate introduction videos should be private by default and visible only to authorised EmpHire33 recruiters and employers to whom the candidate has agreed their profile may be shared.

Recruitment questionnaire

The attitude, work ethic and workplace-scenario questionnaire is a self-reported recruitment aid for human review. It should not be used as an automated pass/fail assessment or as the sole basis for a recruitment decision.
